Venue Booking :
  1. Is there any restriction in booking for Multi-Function Rooms / Exhibition Area / Public Open Space?

    Any individual or organisation can apply. Applicants are requested to provide the activity proposal for application. Proposed activity for Public Open Space should be non-commercial or chartable in nature. For charge rate, please refer to the booking guidelines. 

  2. What should I be aware of during the online booking process?
    • Once you start an online application process, you should complete the application submission within 60 minutes. Exceeding that, the booking system will end automatically and you will need to start a new online application session.
    • When the online booking session has become inactive/idle for more than 15 minutes, the booking session will expire automatically and you will need to restart the booking.
  3. How do I know if my application is submitted through?

    You will receive an auto-generated acknowledgement email to confirm your application being successfully submitted.

  4. How long does it take for the application to be approved?

    It should take about 4 weeks, subject to all required information being received. Results of application will be informed through email.

  5. How early can I make an online venue booking?

    Applicants can book at most 9-month prior to the activity date.

  6. Where is the Information Centre at M7?
    The Information Centre is at Shop G07 on ground floor of M7, open daily from 10am to 8pm. Or you may call 2907 3733 for any enquiries about M7 including the venue booking.
  7. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

    The refund policy is shown as below:

    Booking Cancellation

    Forfeit of Licence fee

    More than 1 calendar month

    before the commencement of Event

    20% of total licence fee forfeited

    Within 1 calendar month

    before the commencement of Event

    100% of total licence fee forfeited

     

    Subject to URA’s sole discretion and venue availability, the users may make booking for another suitable date(s) within one year of period from the cancelled booking date at no additional booking fee.

  1. What are the opening hours of M7?

    The opening hours of Multi-Function Rooms / Exhibition Area: 10am - 10pm (Daily)

    The opening hours of Public Open Space: 8am - 10pm (Daily)

  2. If I need a barrier-free access, which entrance should I use?

    Visitors may use the entrance near Public Open Space (Burrows Street) and the passenger lift to access to G/F - 4/F.
