Since 2017, the URA has been organising the Upcycling Project under the Community Service Partnership Scheme, in which volunteers from Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong work together with URA staff to improve the living standards of residents in old urban districts by creating bespoke furniture to address their needs.

In partnership with Wofoo Social Enterprises (Wofoo), the programme also includes the services of decluttering and redesigning of living space for the beneficiaries, with the aim of bringing greater impact to enhance the living quality of the beneficiaries.

The furniture will be displayed at H6 CONET from 1 - 22 March  before delivering to beneficiary families afterwards.
